Design and supervision of this roadway linking the city center and the Hercílio Luz airport to the southern part of the island, through two tunnels of 726 and 720 meters length respectively, excavated in rock, and four viaducts (total extension of 312 meters). This is a 6km-long six-lane urban roadway, built on hydraulic landfill at the water’s edge, consuming some 7,780,865m³ of sand.
